2018年最初の月もあっという間に過ぎ去ってしまい残すところあと11ヶ月ですね。

前回の活動報告でも触れましたが当協会では1月から新しいスタッフも加わり、活気が増し

良いスタートダッシュを切ることができました。

今年最初の配属も終わっておりまして、中国の大学で日本語を学ぶ4年生の学生二名が北陸地区の

温泉旅館にインターンシップ生として赴任しました。二人とも日本語能力試験JLPTのN1を

取得している勤勉な学生です。

JLPTとは国際交流基金と日本国際教育支援協会が共催する日本語検定試験で、いくつかある

日本語検定試験の中で最大規模の試験かと思います。N5からN1までの等級がありN1が一番難しい級になります。

大学によってはこの試験のN1を取得することが卒業要件になっていたりしますので、この試験の合格を目標に

日本語を勉強している学生も多くいます。ただ、試験は筆記とヒアリングのみですので級と会話能力は

必ずしも比例していないので注意が必要です。面接でじっくり会話能力を確認しています。

今回赴任した二人は今まで日本に来たことは全くないのに面接時にはとても流暢な日本語で回答ができる学生でした。

そんな彼女達でしたが、赴任して困ったのは方言です。学校ではさすがに

習っていないので最初は大変でした。しかし、50以上の民族が居て国土も広大、

国内でもいろいろな言葉が飛び交っている中国から来た彼女達です。

違う言語に対するアレルギーが無いのですぐに慣れていくようですね。

とりあえず、まずまずの評価をいただき頑張っているようです。

現在、北陸は大雪で赴任したホテルの辺りも１ｍ以上の雪が積もっております。

除雪作業も初めての体験。

初めてのことばかりの日々の中、今月中旬春節を迎えることになります。
